Single vineyard wine from Marananga, Barossa Valley’s Western ridge. All three components were fermented separately and keep in French and American oak for 24 months before blending together a month prior to bottling. The blend best reflects the nuances of each variety. Dark, rich and very sophisticated wine with lots of warm plum, generous dark fruits and chocolate all framed with spice and powdery tannins that lingering long afterwards. Long-term cellaring potential.
